There's nothing fun about being sick, but especially when you have two kids sick and a mommy and daddy that are sick too. That has been the case for the past 2 weeks. It started out with Jaxon having an ear infection and Kaleb waking up with terrifying croup. Just when we thought we were on the mend, we got slammed with what we think was RSV and Jaxon's ear infection was still an issue. Not to mention, the amoxicillin he was on for the infection caused an allergic reaction and he broke out in a terrible rash from head to toe. It looked alarming but I don't think he was in any discomfort. Eric and I also came down with bad colds and coughs and are having a hard time getting over it because of the lack of sleep we've been getting. (Sorry if this is too graphic, but I don't think anyone believed how bad the rash was, the picture really doesn't do it justice :)
Needless to say, we've been laying low, wiping a lot of snotty noses, watching cartoons that are about to make me crazy & just trying to get through this time of sickness.
Yes, this is cute, but Elmo needs to stop talking now! :)
